After suffering two straight losses, the RFA Girls bowling team return to the lanes as they traveled to CAC Lanes in Sherill NY to take on the VVS Red Devils.
Rome posted a 9-2 victory in the match-up lifting Rome’s TVL record to 7-2.
Leading Rome to victory was Mary Kathryn Weyant who set yet another career high series of 649 and led with a high game of 248. Olivia Deraway rolled a 574 series, Emily Matt a 560, and Jessie Fulgieri a 500.
As for the Lady Red Devils Mackenzie O’Herien had a high series of 616 and high game of 244. Total pin fall for the match was 4023 for Rome and 3232 for VVS.
Rome’s overall match record is 9-2. VVS drops to 3-7 in league play.
The Lady Knights will return to the lanes on January 20th when they travel to Lucky Shots Lanes in Camden, NY to take on Camden High School. Start time is set for 3:30 pm.
